See Big Airplane?

Jeff works one Saturday a month, so on weeks where that happens he gets a weekday off. Last week, he took Tuesday off and we decided to take the kids on an outing as a family. We ended up taking them to the Aerospace Museum at McClellan AFB. They had a great time looking at all the big airplanes, getting to go inside some and just running around on the big blacktop freely (there was only one other family there). There's a nice playground across from the parking lot with a huge rocket-shaped play area. It was a nice morning outing...finished off with lunch at Cheesecake Factory. Yum!

Look there, and there!

Lola said, "See big hairpain!" (translated: airplane).

Daddy and the video cam.

Look, I just want one picture of my three kids where everyone's happy. Is that so much to ask? Yes, apparently, way too much.

Sweet Jackson caring for his sister.
Another attempt at a photo with all three children...looking a bit happier here.

Silly boy, you can't fly a plane like that!

Jackson's adding his own sound affects.

Get me outta this thing!

USS Abraham Lincoln...for our boy (minus the "Abraham").
